1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is AVVANZ Malta, of 30 Triq l-Imdina, Ħal Qormi QRM 9019, Malta.

2. What we collect

  • Order and contact details: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
  • Order information: what you bought, the amount, the payment method and the delivery status.
  • Payment status: confirmation from our payment provider that a payment succeeded or failed. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
  • Website data: device and browser information, pages visited and similar analytics data, collected through cookies where you have allowed them.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf;
  • Payment providers, who process card payments directly;
  • Courier and delivery companies, who need your name, address and mobile number to deliver;
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our providers, including Shopify, process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires. We keep customer-service correspondence for as long as it is useful for handling your queries and any related claim. We keep marketing consents until you withdraw them.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have data erased, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict or object to how we process it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

You also have the right to complain to the Maltese supervisory authority, the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) — idpc.org.mt.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies, which make the site work — keeping your basket, your session and security. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies, which tell us how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Marketing cookies, which may be used to measure or show advertising.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
